My name is Arthur Daltas and I am writing to endorse Mark Sandeen for Selectman. I have known Mark for over twenty years and I am pleased and amazed at his boundless energy and commitment to our town of Lexington. Mark is a leader on tasks that are not only socially and environmentally responsible but also provide real economic benefits for all of us. For example, the solar panel installation at the transfer station was promoted and guided by him and now brings sustainable energy as well as a significant and ongoing monetary contribution to our town.

Equally important, Mark brings a set of skills and a style that are valuable for addressing the issues our town faces. He approaches challenges with intelligence and fact-finding; he listens well and offers solutions in a collaborative and engaging way that enlists the talents and energies of others. And, frankly, he really cares about the work he takes on and how it affects others. All of us would be lucky to have him as our Selectman.
